About Us

Doors Open Health Care Services was established in 2022, servicing adults who wish to receive substance abuse treatment, referrals, and outpatient counseling. Our program specializes in trauma-focused individual, couples, family and group counseling. Our goal is to equip 

individuals in the community with tools that will help them achieve a higher quality of life through learned techniques

that will enhance their ability to be self-sufficient.
